In 2015 I bit the bullet and opened DBR. Having facilitated transactions from beginning to end wasn’t new to me, so I was confident that it would be business as usual. Boy was I wrong! Now dealing with the behind the scenes drama of contract to close responsibilities, coupled with running a firm can be overwhelming to say the least. Whereas my focus should have been on sales I was also having to maintain the paperwork aspect of it all, which was taking away valuable time from the true goal of SELLING houses.
