Jackie has been active in the real estate industry since 2000. She has done property management in VA and NC. She was a licensed Realtor® in VA with Joyner Fine Properties. She relocated back to NC where she grew up. She is currently the Broker-in-charge/Realtor® for Strategic Resources.

Shelly hails from North Carolina, by way of Atlanta, since her days as a graduate student at the University of Phoenix. Her writing began as a professional developer for corporate training guides and classroom curriculum for corporations, higher education, and service organisations.
Her love for professional development sparked the natural ability to write situational scenarios for interactive classrooms and retreat groups that needed to add some fun to their learning. As an author, she discovered that university professors were also in need of scenarios and case studies for their publications. It was then Shelly realised that this is also what ghost-writers and bloggers do full-time.
