Whereas my focus should have been on sales I was also having to maintain the paperwork aspect of it all, which was taking away valuable time from the true goal of SELLING houses. Now dealing with the behind the scenes drama of contract to close responsibilities, coupled with running a firm can be overwhelming to say the least. Whereas my focus should have been on sales I was also having to maintain the paperwork aspect of it all, which was taking away valuable time from the true goal of SELLING houses. Thankfully help was on the way.\nI\u2019d never heard of a contract to close agent until an attorney I frequented made the introduction.
